and I bet you look like this :D :D :D
  6. Come on Ash, you know I'm as techie as you I guess since it's used neat, it will have a higher boiling point ....better cooling qualities ?? 99% of soop owners use it, from what I have read and it's not expensive I bet. For me, cooling is one of my highest priorities when it comes to the car in any area......including me (fecking aircon....grrr ) I have also see the possability that you could rot the water pump vanes away with just water like the MKIII cars.....water promotes rust and would it not leave deposits in the rad just like in your kettle ? does that help ?
  7. Glad you are back in your car Ash but, don't you need to swap the water for some Toyota 4life in that rad ? Soz m8 if you have already done this
  8. Did you know the one Titan sells Here is just a rebadged version of this one if you click on each photo you can see the patent numbers are the same....hehe
  9. what like one of these http://www.fototime.com/C9F4C8B95B539EE/standard.jpg as mentioned here http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=120309&highlight
  10. and you would have to find a way to re-attach the hooks at the top. But, if they have a rivet type machine then it's not a problem OR add some new style hooks. The cover is extended all the time, even when the boot is shut, it's just the cord inside the boot plastic liner (underside of hatch) that extend when the boot hatch rises.
  11. and just to finish the collection of pic's.....the bracket the pole fits into. Scott
  12. And a rivet at the bottom to hold the cloth onto the pole
  13. 493mm from top to bottom, if you count the pole bit too. You can also see that the cover has a rivet to hold the top bracket onto the top part.
  14. Hmmmm, that does not help. Let's try this one then. Looks like I have 1127mm wide
  15. btw, the heating is VERY hot so, I'll be happy in the winter
  16. The one in the water rad is the oil cooler and the one in the air pod is the tranny cooler on the UK spec. JB, even on the move it blows warm/hot air in when it should be freezing. The air con rad is the large single core unit in front of the water rad right ?
