yea i would have prefered to get 35 rears but the price of the 40 rears was to good to refuse i guess il keep it like that then replace the rears to 35 when i need new tyres

So ive got 285 40 18 rear tyres and have just got my 255 40 18 fronts, im debating now to change the fronts to 255 45 18 so the tyre is similar size to rears. do you think i should change or will the 40 a/r be ok?

removal of the electronic front lip or aftermarket front bumper, i didnt realise how heavy that thing is before i took it off.

I did it was nice to see the track, well whats left of it. Its a shame it got broken up and built over. yes it is i got it for £400 to learn how to handle a car sideways i took it to a drift day at matchams this weekend. I only got it to learn in so i dont smash up my supra not that i want to drift my supra. I have found on the road i can take corners faster even when im not going sideways, and im pretty sure its leaking boost too.

Ok il get a friend to video my 200sx against a turbo supe round some corners and roundabouts and you can see for yourself.

Its true really the supra doesnt handle very well in stock form, my 200sx s13 handles better and thats setup for drifting 185 rear tyres at 40psi i can hit roundabouts alot faster and its more predictable.

It was cheaper because i chose long delivery time as apposed to air freight.

how would a 500bhp supra fair against a 330bhp civic?

My supra was dynoed at 351.9 hp my mate has a k20 eg hatch (new civic type r engine in a 1993 civic hatchback) his car is fully stripped out minor tuning he said it put 220 hp on the dyno, he ran 12.3 in the quarter ive seen the time slip. Ive driven next to him from 40 to 120 we stay right next to each other every time, its quite funny because whoever does the next engine mod will be faster. -
Hello again, back with another small update put my bonnet pins on and my tailgate clips. Hello si, yea it looks to me as if they have mistaken the exhaust to be mild steel and have mig welded a steel hangar on using steel wire. If it were me id be trying to get them to order me a new exhaust and weld an appropriate stainless steel hangar on it. Im pretty sure they will not be able to remove that hangar without leaving a messy finish on the back box and there will probably still be steel welded into the box so it would still end up rusting. Just my thoughts.

you have to remember the supra is an older car now and he is probably comparing it to modern supercars so i think thats pretty good

no smoothing allowed on my kit, I want every panel removable buy nut and bolt so i can replace panels if i damage it on track. Im keeping it red. Im going to take the body off and take it to the shop to be sprayed up. Yes im affraid i think the tow ring is illegal but if you look at the bumper from the side it doesnt stick out any further from the front, anyway whats the differnce having a tow ball sticking out the rear of the car? as i was told it could be a danger to pedestrians walking past the front of the car.

update. I have almost finished everythings fixed on just a few small things to sort out. I put the old wheels on to run it up the road to the bodyshop to get a quote for paint.
