I do trust him as he has done lots like this inc the GS300 which have the same problem. He only warmed up the bolt head so not very hot But will keep an eye on it

Ok tried all tricks. Its a auto! I got car to my lexus dealer who within 10 min got it off. He told me some heat on bolt whilst runing water behind pully got it off . Cost free of charge !!

Tried bigger batery mate, there is no holes in pully ( its a vvti if that helps) that i can see ?

(You need a locking tool,strong bar drilled and bolted to the pulley) Are you saying i need to drill into pully or do i use holes already on pully?
