Well think I have made up my mind to get a imported manual. Reason for this that I really looking forward to saucing one and think that will be through are man Jurgen as looking at the cars he’s got and what people have said cant go wrong so no pressure fella Also going to go for the Manual as I am not using this as a every day car so I would have more fun in one i think. Also looking to spend some money on it over time so spec between UK and Jap is too small to worry about it and most Jap ones are not standard anyway.

So we are saying that Auto's are better then Manuals as I always thought it was the other way round?

I cant make up my mind now I was kind of set on getting one imported as it will normally have the stage 1 mods on it and I have a wider selection to pick from now i have this Uk option in the mix. Well like you said keep my options open and see what i can get.

Well there are 2 UK spec supras near me mate but like the guys said you will need to spend closer to 10k for a one.

Well I know i said i was bored of the modding lark but think i must be kidding myself I know for a fact when I get one I will just do a little bit here then a little bit there etc....

Are the brakes on the Jap supra really that bad then?

Well this one as FSL and had a big service done at Toyoda Tech so its all up togehter. Just thinking I could get a Jap one with some Stage 1 mods less miles for about the same price but still thinking. Think i would like to take out a Jap one and see how much difference there is between UK and Jap.

The car felt really good. It was a stock one and pulled really well. The Auto box picked up very nicely all through the range as far I took it anyway The only thing I did not like really was that fact it s got 90k ( Miles ) on the clock and think I want one lower then that and still not sure if I would have an Auto. Lockys do you have any contact details for them?
