  1. Thanks Digsy, that was quick and spot on, as soon as I had turned it a few times the discs came right off. For anyone else who comes across this thread turn the coged wheel downwards to loosen the pads. Cheers. Bob
  2. Hi everyone. Need some quick advice,Im taking off my rear discs but they wouldnt come right off they are loose, I think I need to loosen my hand brake adjuster so the disc will pass over them. where is the adjuster? I have removed the rubber bung and had a good look in but cant see it. Any help would be greatly apreciated espesially if its quick I also wont to change the brake lines and I have only got today.
  3. Hi Me again 2nd lot. Manifold and throtle body out of a 60,000, 96 N/A, I had it replaced with a bling one originally from Mr bling, also the heat shield (and it looks great both). This could be used to do the same, its in great condition. £90 ono + pp. exhaust heat shield, same as above. £15 ono + pp. A picture so you can see what a bling one looks like
  4. Hi Everyone. Got a few N/A parts for sale, using two threads so I can get the photoes in. In this one I have two, front two piston Jap brake discs, both done around 6,000 miles, not warped, hardly any wear (no noticable lip) and in good condition. £70 ono +pp (10 - £15). I replaced them with grooved and spotted discs recently. Next, two hatch back gas struts in good condition, I bought these to replace mine but then I took my wing off and now they are fine. £25 ono + pp.

  8. Hi Tom. Ill email you some time tomorrow if I dont get it sorted, Im just about to go boozing. Thanks a lot. Cheers for the coments so far people though the one I want to see is "Ill have it Ill be round tomorrow with the cash". Bob.
  9. Hi everyone. Well here is another one for sale, its not because Im bailing ship its just that Ive been and gone and bought a TT, so Im selling my N/A (if only we could afford to run both wouldnt that be nice). So here follows all the blurb. Its done 66,000 mls. 6 speed manual gearbox. Tax runs out the end of June. MOT till April 2008. Imported in 1999, I am the third owner and I have had it for 4 years. It has 17" Toyota alloys with hardly worn Goodyear Eagle F1s all round. This car has not missed a beat in 4 years apart from services, brakes and a new Arial. It has had all the major services done by "Toyoda Tech" in Hampshire this includes all fluids (gearbox and diff ect) at 40k and all belts and plugs at 60k. I have done all the minor servicing (oils and filters ect) myself every 6k. It has had new drilled and groved front discs and pads all round fitted in January. It has a bling manifold and exhaust heat shield and a power enterprise air intake, also just fitted (Feb) a new Alpine CDE-9850Ri with iPod connector. The interior is outstanding with black carpets, everything in there works the only thing is the floppy boot cover is missing. The exterior is in good condition with a few chips around the front, two very small (only see them when pointed out) dints, aliminium mesh front grills and red brake callipers, the wheels are in need of some referbishment but Im sure somone will want to put new alloys on. Mechanically the car is in great condition and apart from the mentioned mods the car is untouched. The Supra is no doubt one of the best drivers cars you can get and this is one of the best of those. I had an HPI check done when I bought the car which I still have. Any kind of inspection welcome by anybody. Priced at £5,000 or very near offer.
  10. thought I had it all sorted till I looked back, I think its correct now.
  11. Got a bit complicated this week, firstly at the begining of the week I was having my tailgate sprayed, (gone wingless) so at the weekend took off my logo and supra ready for gold ones all around. Long story short cancelled the spraying went out bought myself a black TT, so gold going on that, black to go back on silver one. What a "kerfuffel". :D Thanks Bob, these dambed infernel machines will be the death of me.
  12. Hi Thanks for that, I just wanted to cover all the bases, Ive got everything crossed that all is well and I can join the Black TT thing. Bob.

    Exhausted?

Hi. Realy intrested in this and Im very tempted if you could post some pics it would be a great help. Thanks. Bob.
  18. Hi. Ive had my wing off for a month now and I have had rubber grommits in the holes till I made up my mind to make it perminant, that took me a week. Its now going in on Mondy to have the holes welded up and a respray (hatch only), should be sorted by Wednesday or Thursday, Ill then put some pics in my garage. If you go into search thread (or posts I can never remember) for "wing removel" youll come across other people who have had it done already. Best of luck. BOB.
  19. Hi everyone. Ive taken my rear wing off, (very easy following advice from threads), its been off for 3 weeks now and Ive had grommits in since, Im now convinced its the way ahead for me. Ive read a lot of threads about it and Ive only got an NA so I dont think it will cause me any handling issues. What Im after is any advice on how others, who have done the same, have solved the problem of the holes. Do I have them filled and then the hatch resprayed? or is there a good alternative? Any constructive comments would be greatfully received. Bob:)
  20. Hi all those intrested in these wheels, the first to PM me with £360 gets the wheels, no offers. Bob.
