  4. we've let you guys in france, buy up the cheap average uk supra's. now we have the best uk supra's .still in the uk,if you want these you'll have to pay premium price:p
  5. bump!!!now taxed, new mot in a couple of weeks, last push on sale or it will stay in garage for the winter, and try next spring, please only genuine enquiries.
  6. true to a point, i'm with both clubs.but when you give your detail.they ask ,are you 'a member of a supra club' as long as you can give a membership no,you qualife. as for adrian flux, there useing the same inurance co .that sky use [qeb/ensign]and yes they beat sky for me by about £125. sky say they can't under cut.especialy if you inform flux what your existing insurance co is the same [ seem sour grapes to me]and then livingstones comes in cheaper again £280 incl agreed value& less exess .bargin:p
  7. dare i say it .go on the msoc, and try there insurance co,[livingstones] they wiped the floor with other companys out there
  8. get some flush fitting valves, then no one can tamper with
  9. thank you michael, much appreicated. at this moment in time, wondering weather to just keep it, less hassel.
  10. cheers, just wish there were a few more people who knew what they wanted. i know it ain't the cheapest, but cheap is'nt always best.especialy with a supra.
  11. well, can't belive it.a couple of day's after sale fell through,a guy from norway interested.a lot of corresponding and pic's,seemed pretty keen, but seemed to have fizzeld out.now i've another french guy asking all sorts of questions[no problem] sent pic's etc.but now starting to realize he aint got a clue to what he really wants, whats the matter with people, when i see something a bit special,i put my money where my mouth is,and do the deal.as they say those that hesitate and all that. i don't know if i can be botherd any more with time waster's.the best part is who ever buy's this car won't have to spend a penny on her for quite a while as she's perfect. rant over
  12. i think i have one in the garage, you can have.i'll check tomorrow
  13. spoke to soon,as i said took deposit friday. was literaly@ local dvla office this afternoon to put plate on retention, hopefuly to conclude deal this weekend. and you've guessed it ,phone goes & it's the buyer coming up with lame excuse to pull out[suddenly can't raise the funds] ah well ,get to retain the none refundable deposit.[still p*ssed off] don't need the hassel. SO SUPRA IS STILL FOR SALE!!! so come on and get your self a cracking car. but please serieouse enquires only
  14. looks like this one is staying in the uk. deposit taken!!!
  15. as you know rich, did'nt really use supra, unless it was a really nice day,and being fourtunatly busy with work,it just sits in the garage.just seems a shame. got what i wanted.so time to let go,any how don't forget to put the sun cream on!!!!
  16. hi rich. fine my self, how you doing. just took a deposit on supra ,so hopefuly going shortly. just need to take plate off now. guess i was lucky 2 chasing car
  17. old guy, think he owns the night club, back of mill auto, would'nt think he's a member [you never know thou] no plate- moon, on uk.and dark red [moroon]
  18. you don't have to pay the reserve price up front,it's a security that when it comes to auction if no one bids, then they know your going to pay the reserve + auction fee+vat,oh and you have to register with the dvla auction ie. pay for the book- let which then intitles you to bid at auction for the revelant plate.
  19. well i guess you know more than me!! since it was me that requested A 511 PRA ,to be released byDVLA. as there was no other decent plates available, &DVLA stated it could take up to 6-12 months to be made available,& late 2001 i was asked would i agree to pay the reserve price of £700.so as to get it to auction, which i agreed to.once at auction this plate was open to every one ,not just me, so all though i done all the leg work getting it to auction it was'nt a done deal.and i can asure you, with other people bidding it worked out a lot more than £ 700. and you also have auction fees & vat on top,so to be presise after owning for 8+ yrs + appriciation, i think its a fair price. ps. sup12a @ auction =£1750 +fees to a dealer, who puts his bit on ,then re-sells. so why should'nt i .when & how much i paid all though's yrs ago, should'nt make any difference.if some one takes a shine to the reg & wants it ,that to me is all that matters .

    van

SOLD. for sale, SUZUKI CARRY 1.3 VAN. 2002 [51 plate] 60k, service history, 1 owner from new, mot'd & tax until feb 2010. light use only.exellent condition through out, radio/cd.recently had- cat back exhaust, battery, starter, 2new tyers. now surplus to requirement .£2,250. ONO.
  21. as they say.THERE'S AN ASS FOR EVERY SEAT. the supra & plate are for sale,i like to think there both unique,i have no intention of letting either go cheap, but would be more than happy to be reasonably flexible, providing i was dealing with somebody genuine about either sale. on the other hand, i'm in no hurry to sell, as they sit coverd up in the garage, eating no meat
