Yeah, I do not account for the time it takes to dry,only labour time. I could not drive my artic for 8 hours. I think as soon as they heard the word insurance job they just added a few hours.

Reason I ask is that my local rubbish Mr T quotes 4 hour labour, 4 HOURS, they built the Euro tunnel in less time IIRC. I'm not paying for it tho as it's an insurance job, but is that normal? I had a new windshield fitted in my artic unit and that took about 1.5 hours.

According to my manual that would be outside moulding, windshield and dam, don't they use sealer??

Does anyone have the part number for a new windscreen pluss rubber seals and whatever else is needed to replace it? Thanks

I would deffo give the tyres a close inspection after beeing parked for 3 years, is it auto or manual? changing all fluids then crank the engine over to let new oil cover all the internals(dont start it until primed with new oil). then stand back and see what happens.
