I went to see my first ever football game today! And I was pleasantly suprised to find 2 Supes in Staples car park. One silver and one black. I wondered if it was any one off here.

Ah thats great, ill be able to order the cool suspension but not drive it for a few weeks, no sweat Thanks guys.

Right guys, as I explained before my MOTs up mid next month, however I need to replace my rear suspension. Im told its gonna take 4 odd weeks to get this IDEAL suspension in. My question: Am I fine not having an MOT if I dont drive the car, but it stays on the road outside my house? Not too clued up about it lol. I know for not having TAX you need to SORN.

Happend to us in Northampton a while back. Good thing I had a gimp car at the time and didnt care lol. They just kicked off the mirrors of all the cars in the street. Good thing is some old boy saw them doing it and identified them as the new polish people that moved in.Grr. We started a neighbourhood watch just after. I suggest you do the same -

Ive got 18" Do-Lucks on bilstein shocks and I scrape mostly only speed bumps on the front. Its either the front or the zaust. I cant go near car parks but thats the lenght of the car that scares the crap outa me -

Oh quick question can my car fail its MOT for having a leaky shock? I thought you could only fail for dangerous things.

I get you, sorry for being a total noob As I got a leaky rear shock, I guess the spring is removable and all I do is get a new damper then re attach the spring.

Was walking to the shops at lunch and saw this very very loud and nice looking Lancer Evo. Made me feel inadequate from having a quiet car! I do think that the loud exhuast adds more sport to a car

Hm ok, looking at them the coils arent that close to the dampers. So whats this type of suspension called if its not coilover? Just plain old suspension? Is it better than a plain damper?
