  1. Well that was how much Paul was hoping to sell replicas for, but nothing ever came of it. So you can only get originals for £900 or so atm. The originals are all fibreglass too, a replica with a carbon fibre diffuser would be fantastic! I'm guessing it might work out pretty expensive though...
  2. It's the whole thing, it's all one piece.
  3. Do a search guys, there was a thread not so long ago in the Miami GT section where I posted a load of pics of the Trial rear. I'd definitely be interested depending on the price of course. Here you go.
  4. No problem, glad you made it back OK.
  5. Well, we have a very good jap specialist garage round here that charge under 30 (Triton), so I'd have to say that. If I didn't know about them it might be more.
  6. Yeah I was chatting to him on the stand a bit later while he was waiting for the breakdown people to arrive.
  7. Well as luck would have it I had 4 spare studs in my boot which I gave him. Hopefully he managed to get the breakdown guy to fit them.
  8. Did the guy who snapped the wheel studs get home OK? (Sorry I forgot your name).
  9. Cheers matey, if you post a link up to it when you've grabbed it I'll remove mine.
  10. Ok guys, here is two of Ray's classic moments from Saturday, I've now managed to stop pissing myself laughing for long enough to upload it. Right click and save as please, and if anyone wants to host this for me I'd be grateful as I only have a small amount of bandwidth on my webspace before they delete it all! EDIT: Please download via Heckler's link further down, cheers!
  11. Just back myself, full marks to Ray and everyone, the stand was a triumph this year, especially the cinema! Also Ray deserves some praise for his efforts in the area of inter-club relations... I'll get that video of him running round the track up soon...
  12. See, you should have kept the Supra Tim...
  13. How about your invisible steering wheel for use during drunken driving stories...
  14. Me too. If it's sunny I can't stay in a tent much past 9 anyway, since the inside gets to approximately the same temperature as the surface of the sun... I'll bring the infatible palm tree again - went down well last year expecially with FisherJohn who spent most of the night asleep on it...
  15. LOL, you mean we're all extremely sad, don't get out much and know all the intimite details of the specs of various models! Still, best to get these things right in the FAQ section as people will refer to it for definitive info on things.
  16. No one seems to know for certain how much if any extra power the VVTi gives you. I've never seen a dyno comparison between 2 stock cars for example, although I saw Tim's VVTi pretty stock tipto make the same as you would expect from a non VVTi on the Thor dyno at Billing last year.
  17. Well taking some of these in order, I think you'll find a 5 speed manual TT is considerably rarer than a 6sp, since they don't exist! Not unless someone has transplanted a TT engine into an NA. The auto box is certainly not stronger than the manual, and there is no difference in engines between any of the transmission types, so a VVTi tipto will be no more powerful than a VVTi 6sp.
  18. You can have the ones from the centre caps you ordered for me then Jake, I don't need 'em as I've got a set already.
  19. Do you mean FMIC plate or radiator plate? The FMIC plate just covers the gap between the FMIC and rad. Those rad plates do indeed block the intake. I've got one that I cut a chunk out of to avoid this.
  20. No, just the plastic wheel arch liners.
  21. It's a major mod in the sense that you can't do it without changing to an aftermarket ECU though.
  22. The whole thing looks like a facelift - you have facelift indicators and lights by the look of it. I can't remember when exactly the facelift came in now, if you have a late 95 car it might be a facelift. Have you got three small dials on the dash right or one big one?
  23. Still waiting to see that photo of you doing your driving stories DB, that was bloody funny...
  24. Fan shroud, standard airbox and fuse box in the engine bay would be my suggestions.
