Thanks guys - havent put the table up as i need to repaint the post (wasnt quite dry and there were loads of bugs that decided to land on the nice white wet paint.) Ended up doing another 6 inches so was about 27 inches in the end. Took 4 bags of post cement, one of real cement (which was about twice the size of the other bags) and lots of soil to fill the hold back up. Thanks again, im now going to get a beer as im pooped. I have a 3.6M 4x4 post that needs to be mounted in the ground to put a dovecote on top of. I have bought a spike designed for a fence post which im not sure about using. I figured im better concreting the post in. I cant find an idiots guide anywhere on the net and would like to do it today. Please find it in your sole to help a moron

Hi Gatso and others. Please note i passed back in feb. Hows it going, hmmmm. I have done about 1000 miles and get neck ache every time i go out. Im still not cumfortable on the bike although i had been learning to wheelie which was fun. Then i went out one day and didnt feel right on the bike so i was taking it really easy. Went to park it in town and dropped it but thanks to crash bungs it didnt do any damage. That was the last time i used the bike as i had my wrist damaged in a non fault car accident. All in all, not great so far. Oh and i want to change the bike as its too slow and cause of the neck pain. How are you getting on Gatso?
