LPs still have 'a value' depending on what they are. Plenty of on-line sites that could give you an idea if any you have are rare / sought after etc. Prices on E-Bay have given me cause to smile re the potential value of a few of mine. Not that I'd ever sell them.

I doubt it really. But it will still be in the car if and when I ever sell her. Original is in these days.

Just looking through the cars history re this thread... A couple of the pics that JIC sent me to help me decide on buying. The fistable exhaust did it.

Just haven't felt the need to replace it. It plays cd's fine and I dont need sat-nav. Someone told me I could get it chipped to work in the UK, but never looked into it.

Mine was owned by a chap called Hara Kotaro. He lived at Yokohama-Shi Tsurumi-ku Suwasaka. Tsurumi-ku is one of the wards of the city of Yokohama in Kanagawa Prefecture according to google. According to the sat-nav (the original one fitted) and the Toyota CD that came with it, the car is still there I'm picking up a satellite and the sat-nav is active, but I'm driving around the waters of Yokohama Bay when I use it.

Thats a later facelift wheel Jamie. Earlier facelifts still came with four spokes, then changed over to these toward '98 as far as I have seen. I'm not getting into the chav argument, although I think twin pipes would look good personally if they could be done similar to the picture....however, I seem to remember that picture was posted ages ago and the consensus was that it was actually faked. Edit.... My memory not quite accurate...Jamie P posted the pic in a 'twin exhaust' thread back in 2006. Found this link in same place Anyone old enough to remember the original Singing Ringing Tree in early '60s ? Scared the life out of me as a kid.

This is cool. I think its corn starch, but it comes alive when low frequency sound is put through it.
