  1. Does anybody know how i can check to see if its Ball bearing without a full stripdown? I want to check i have the correct sized oil feed? The current oil feed seems too big for a DBB The turbo IS used (But recently reconned) and seems to have a lot of vertical but no horizontal play..which points to a DBB....or a knackered Turbo? Cheers Concerned
  2. Anybody else know what tubby this is?
  3. The guy with the N/A has de-catted and has a 45MM throttle body besides other mods. (dont know full spec) All i was stating was a fact that the greddy will correct his ecu ta allow him not to overfuel running bigger injectors than stock. I dont know what his target hps are? I think he wants to go N/A-T eventually? I am sorry but i really do not think i deserve to be called a name just because i posted a fact to help this NEW guy out. We should be trying to help him. Anyways i am not getting into a debate about who knows more than anyone else. Knightrider
  4. Charming! ,why post if you do not know.....Lets be grown ups.
  5. Yes Blue defo capable! Very simple and easy just use support tool punch in orig inj size (330) and new (440) That will be a good start. It is capable of hapilly running N/A with 650's as i have done it so please check your facts b4 posting! Cheers Knightrider
  6. Hi I have this Turbo to fit and need to know more about it? I know it should be a PT67DBB? Its Turbine (Hot) side wheel is 67MM The Compressor (Cold) side wheel max diameter is 84MM and minimum is 68MM It has a 2.5" cold air out to FMIC A 4" Cold Inlet from air filter A 3" V Band outlet for downpipe A T4 Mounting flange Is oil and water cooled On the Cold air polished side it reads BCI A/R .70 and M24 On the Turbo snail it reads A/R .81 And Obviously it says garrett on it too. I have tried to research this but can only find specs on different sized Turbos to mine! Basically I need to know 1 Is it a Wet float or Ball Bearing type? 2 What is its HP rating? 3 What is it called? ie GT67/PT67/To4E etc etc... Heeeelp Knightrider
  7. The fpr needs the original fpr removing from the rail and the fuel rail tapping to take the fitting i kindly suppied (Brass) It goes in the return line and then back into tank The blue smaller pipe Tees (which i kindly sullpied) into the inlet manifold where the vacuum pipe goes to the pas pressure switch.make sure the fitting breathes freely into the inlet manifold with no restrictions The emanage wires into the loom right by the ecu. You will need to print off a wiring diagram from club downloads (make sure its for N/A) the resistors wire into the black with red trace wires from injectors. They all wire into each seperate resistor then the 6 into 1 tail goes back into loom pointing towards ecu. Tap into them behind the ABS pump, against the firewall. I think the fuel pressure was set at 30psi u will prob need it turned down a bit. research fuel pressure for tuned N/A on forums. Find someone on forums that has tuned N/A or post on technical Knightrider

  13. Basically Read that TT brake servos or maybe master cylinders on the TT are higher rated than the N/A. I have an N/A Chassis that i have transplanted a full TT into and am now going big power. I have acquired a TT servo/master cylinder and they look and measure the same external dimensions Does anyone know is it worth changing ??? I have gone full uk spec from brake lines out but my brakes still feel crap compared to the TT6 i used to have, I got decent front pads and goodridge hoses Knightrider Ps Part no.s are Silver sticker on top of servo reads 44610-14850 on both then; N/A 3101721 TT 3K00976
