a98pmalcolm Posted December 5, 2015 Share Posted December 5, 2015 Hi matey. Have you tried doing the system bleed with fresh dexron III? My pump got a little noisy and the steering went crazy stiff. wile e coyote Posted December 6, 2015 Share Posted December 6, 2015 Remove the reservoir Clean with petrol but Do not poke down inside as you could damage the filter Keep cleaning till nice clean and you should see daylight The fit back on with a new o ring being careful not to pinch it Refill to COLD level engine OFF Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Never cleaned the reservoir before or flushed the system so want to make sure I get it right and have everything needed before I start. Did you do a flush of the system too?
