Suprakeith
Have spent the whole day taking my dash out to replace heater matrix, it's been a job and a half for sure. Want to clean and tidy it all up before start to re-fit also want to sand down the crash bar and paint it aswell. Have included some pictures of my work today
evinX
Unless your going to powdercoat the crash bar, I wouldn't bother to be honest.

Suprakeith
I hope I never have to do it again aswell, I know sounds silly but am happy with how well it's gone, only damaged the handbrake switch wire for my rev limiter so that's not bad. Wasn't going to powder coat crash bar was thinking of just putting some rust proofing paint on it.

Trust me dude, unless you get it blasted/cleaned and painted properly the rust will build up again under the rust paint ie. hammerite its good metal so id really just leave it, it wont rust properly. Never seen one fully rusted out:)
