polishing plenum & intake

is it easy to remove the plenum & turbo pipes?

thinking of polishing mine, get the engine bay looking a bit nicer,

long job? or just patience?

Not difficult if you have reasonable tools and a bit of patience.

What polishng equiptment do you have? This will make a massive difference to how long the job will take.

If you havent any experiance doing this the results more than likely wont be very good, you'll need to linish the surface first to remove all the casting marks etc before you even think about trying to polish it.

Yup and like most things if you dont get that bit right the final polished look will be crap, i'd give the parts to a pro as you really can't match their results in my opinion.

Sorry Lude my comments were in answer to you first question, not to the polishing. Unless you have the right equipment it will take ages and probably not look that good. It would be easier to get one that has been polished, much easier to bring them back to sparkling glory, without much effort. Don't forget to add the cost of gaskets to the operation.
