Timing question

If there is anyone building an engine using a 360 degree marked pulley. I need to know when the pulley is set to 0 degrees TDC against the stock 0 degrees TDC timing mark. What angle is indicated at the top of a vertical line through the centre of the pulley?

I am trying to complete a leak down test, I need to be able to use my pulley to set the TDC of each piston, for the hot test. I can't see my TDC mark so cant use it to get accurate piston positions. I want to do the test as fast as possible, as it gets pretty hot under the bonnet laying over the engine, and of course for accuracy. I don't want to use a dial gauge as it takes to long to set up and is hard to get the magnetic stand to reach from the nearest ferrous metal.

I was going to say DCI. Is there not an electronic device that can be used?

A long screwdriver down a plug hole will give an accurate enough indication of TDC for your purpose. just eye ball TDC, a few degrees either side will stabilise the piston for a leak-down test.
