GSS340 Recomindations

Hi does anyone have any tips on fitting the twin walbro's??

I know its moreless straight forword but just incase:)

Rather than a potentially problematic twin walbro setup, wouldn't a single 044 install be a better (and cheaper) option? What level of HP is the engine going to be putting out?

LOL bit confused as to what to do now maybe ring my tuner see what he would recommed:search:As well i have the pumps here ready to go i dont really want to be going off and buying a single 044!!

Does anyone have picture/diagram of the set up of the 2 pumps?placement of filter directions ect??

Maybe get a surge / swirl tank as well? Either fabricated or SARD unit? I like the Bosch 044 but I used to have a twin Walbro set-up. The Bosch 044 pump looks, well, meatier, more substantial hehehe

Where's the Bosch 044 pump made? Germany? The walbros are made now in Mexico AFAIK but there's a ton of them floating around that's fake and made in China which die out very quickly (that's not to say all or even most China-made stuff is cr*p by the way)

Yes my mate bought a "walbro" pump off Fleabay looked ok but gave up after a month was a fake:(

I bought mine off http://treperformance.com/seem to be a dealer of walbro pumps,there a "W"shape samed into my pumps is that a genuine logo??

Should be a pair of GS341's surely...not 340's. Being pedantic but it should be the right model.

A genuine 800 BHP engine needs a decent fuel system, not two Walbros hung in the stock tank. I'd buy a swirl pot, and use a single Walbro to feed it, and run two Bosch 044 Motorsport pumps off of the pot to the rail.
