LeeT
Dave, on the back of the stepper where the nipples are is there any writting?? As in IN & OUT & ??????? It should be in out and reference shouldn't it? The reference being a feed from the intake manifold. Dave you should be able to do it as per that link, then just run an extra vac line to this reference port from the intake manifold

terribleturner
OK Dave, there are 3 nipples. The one on the left in the picture is #2, the middle one is #3 and the one on the right is #1. There should also be another on the front which is #4. #3 (middle) needs to be connected to the internal wastegate actuater. #1 (right) Needs to go to an interupted intake manifold pressure source. #2 (left) This needs to go to a source of pressuried air. Somewhere after the turbo but before the IC. Job done
terribleturner
#3 goes to COM and #2 goes to NO ------------------------ #1 can go to 'A' shown in the other picture.
SUPRALOOPY
All fitted but..... i have now lost my boost gauge and the boost gauge on my T.timer?? so i took the boost controler out of the boost guage pipe. and i still have no gauges?? Is this because i've capped the two parts that it shows in the pic that james put up??

SUPRALOOPY
Sorry Dave, not been on long. What was it?? Im guessing something wasn't plumbed into the right place or fallen out A little silver plate that the boost hose was routed through. as i put it back it just kinked it enough to block it. thats why i was getting a reading from the b/c and not the other gauges, because the b/c was tapped in before the plate:blink: that last pic you posted sorted my head out..(how easy was it??) just got to set it up now.
