Re NE Meet. Dates for your Diary

Dates will be 15th / 16th October 2005

met the manger of the Hotel today!

the room we have been given is enormous. We have 6 stands for Cars and the reason for the Freebies is they want to use all the pictures they can take for a promotion of their services.

So we have a nomination poll going up nearer the date for a Mkiv Supra on the Stand to show off for the Club.

I have asked Envy to use a stand for 1 of their cars.

That leaves 4 other Stands, as follows

1 for the Rotary Club,

1 for the TOC

1 for the NE Jap Performance

And 1 AN OTHER

Seriously we need to get some support here. I have tried J-Tuner and they are not interested.

Not wanting to take trade from Envy, but does any one else have any idea's? But my thanks do go to Envy and the team as they have supported me so far. (Still waiting for a Logo guys for the PDF)

I invited most traders on the BBS only to be fobbed off. When this event groes my answer might be to tell them to Goe forth and Multiply. Virgin events like this are what turn into larger events.

You guys all know me and I am always willing to help any where I can for the sake of the BBS so come on a little support from you guys would help me loads!!

Saturday all Day Newcastle City centre @ THe Holiday Inn, twin / Double Rooms £40 per person. (Trying to get better price although rooms usually £125 per night)

Secure Parking £4 per car trying for free.

Tyne Suite FOC, 6 Cars on Display. Facilities for Stands etc, Best 6 cars in Club to be displayed. Contact me if interested.

Want to open this out to other Clubs and therefore number of spaces for Cars will decrease as number of clubs increase.

come on Ray, Colsoop, Martin R, are all in the Midlands and said they would travel. TDR (i think in scotland and a Moderator was trying to promote with the scottish peeps) We need you guys. If we can make this a larger success then next time could be a bigger and bigger meet!!

hi Im definatly intersted in coming for the karting and drinking(newcastle is a great night out ) how many people can come with me and are there limited places for karting?
