_Shane_
Like it was the full kit i got from a member on here and everything was there and is workin 100% etc but fitting it, it just would not fit in where i had all my previous bov's Im uk spec but doubt that should make any difference
jaymdee
I just removed a nut from a stud on the Turbo manifold, placed the BOV fixing bracket over the stud. Attached BOV, then when got position right, tightened all nuts etc. The insulation on the underside of the bonnet does touch the BOV, but it's fine. 10 mins (and a cut finger!) Scott
I bought the MKIII dump valve flange to have it mounted slightly different. It was a little tricky but it turned out exactly the way i wanted it. Is it possible you have the MKIII kit? It does need a bit of work though Scott =op

_Shane_
this is fitted since earlier tonight but it bov is right up the back lots of work had to be done with other hoses and getting them to fit tru gaps etc some dose i tell ya. There is another flange coming off piping by the air filter pipe and that flange is blocked up, thats what obstucting it from going in that position as i think someone tried to have 2 bovs fitted lol
_Shane_
blew the hoses off the dump valve today, they popped completely, tore right through the hose lol Dump valve out of car now till i find some new hose
_Shane_
As you can see from the engine bay pic my old blitz bov fitted in no problems but when i went to fit the hks in it simply would not fit, the peice up top circled red is blocking the hks bov from fitting into position Dont think the top flange should be there its blocked off but its in the way
Scott
Can you not shorten the top bit a little? Scott =op
_Shane_
you cant see from that pic but last night when i fitted the bov i relocated it to up the back and it was grand but today the hoses cracked/tore snapped everything lol ID is 19mm and i need about 15'' to cover distance, lookin on ebay now at the moment
Nic
In your pic, the pipe blocking off where the stock BOV recirculates is too long. Here are some pics to show how it should fit. http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/6641/dscn1545ho1.jpg http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/8767/dscn1544lh2.jpg http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/9629/dscn1550yw1.jpg

tango
what sound does these hks made?
hodge
If fitted loads of these and there stock fitment. All i can think is that you've put it on the wrong side of the turbo pipe. I refitted a 1 for a friend not long ago who put it on the wrong hole, it wasnt in correctly and looked totaly out od place. It attatched to the hole closest to the front of the car when you take the stock recirculating valve out.
