Pete Posted December 5, 2007 Share Posted December 5, 2007 The whole article misses the point that this debate should have moved on from narrow personnal preferences to the environment. Figures quoted by DfT show that travelling at 10mph over the 70 mph national limit increases CO2 emissions by 14% compared to abiding by the law.
