stevie_b
I use 1&1 for hosting. Not free, but one of the cheapest out there. http://www.1and1.co.uk I think
colsoop
use you internet service providers free web space. Buy a domain name (around £6 for 2 years) Most who offer domain names come with domain redirection so the domain name points to your free web space. michael
PM Lewis, he might be able to help out if you need proper hosting. I used a company in Australia for mine as it's cheap as chips but I wouldn't recommend them
M4RK RZ
cheers chaps - I was thinking to buyin domain name and the re-directing to free web space? (looks like 1and1 for this) So far I have a web site built up - I can then upload it to a free web hosting service? Im with SKY I dont this you get any free web space Then I buy the address and re-direct this to the free hosting site. Never done this before - making the web site was easier!!!! What sort of space am I looking at for an average web site? 5 pics per page and about 10 pages? LYCOS seem to give 1 GB!? http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/

Most ISP's give 50 mb for free, which if it is simple should be more than enough.

Thorin
Well I use FastHosts, cheap but not the cheapest. Very good, I haven't had any issues with them to be honest.
