i am going to put the last coment down to the fact that you werent there, the idiot moved my car right past the juction a good 5m its a good job i didnt have the wheel turned or i would of been in the path of oncoming traffic.

 

Im not going to argue with you, but tell me how a car hits another car in the rear, shunts it past a junction that you was waiting to turn at, does no rear damage as seen below and only flexes your rear bumper that causes the paint to crack.....because this really defies the law of physics.....? And considering your rear crash bar is undamaged, and thats there for exactly that reason, low speed impacts....??????

But Im not really concerned about whether your in Germany or not, my point I was making was the general attitudes of people the world over when it comes to claiming.

well lets just say the Germans are the worst for claiming

 

you will find your self in court for giving them the finger

 

i ve had 3 weeks off work for crippling headaches, why not give them a tatse of their own shity law system, because the brits seem to get screwed over pritty well by the little bastards
