Im not going to argue with you, but tell me how a car hits another car in the rear, shunts it past a junction that you was waiting to turn at, does no rear damage as seen below and only flexes your rear bumper that causes the paint to crack.....because this really defies the law of physics.....? And considering your rear crash bar is undamaged, and thats there for exactly that reason, low speed impacts....?????? But Im not really concerned about whether your in Germany or not, my point I was making was the general attitudes of people the world over when it comes to claiming.
