JohnK
From the day I put it on ive noticed the tip of my nur gets hot even after a short while idleing, by hot I mean hot enough to burn you if your silly enough to touch it! Now over the last few weeks the whole tip, all the way back to the box, has changed colour to a gold / straw colour. If memory serves that equates to about 250 degres C. Is this normal? Has anyone elses gone like this? Some more info that may help, not running baffle, second cat still on and running 1.2 bar.
Homer
Okay, its not a NUR spec but my RSR went a silver/gold colour after about 2 weeks! Anytime after its been for a run or sat in traffic it's hot enough burn skin (Learn the hard way!) - I think this is quite normal

Bobbeh
Well, its gonna get hot if you do long runs etc, and steel does retain the heat.
