Sparky
That looks really good. Mines all scratched to fook so ill be doing mine this month, maybe even this week. Any tips for sanding down as the plastic seems to have a weird rubbery feel to it. Did you do anything else to protect the paint after the intial coats of paint? Thanx

Thanx I used a spoon to scrape of the rubbery stuff first then sanded it. Takes a while to do but I'd recommend taking your time with the prep so as it looks good when the paint goes on. I havn't used anything yet. Toying with the idea of putting laquer on it but to be honest I dont think it needs it

wallace9
Any close-ups? Of the dash?? I don't have any just now but I could take some. What do you want to see?? How close do you want?
bodilx6
Well, it just look so nice from the picture in your garage and i bet it is. Just wanted to get more of a "feel" for the texture and look of it a bit closer. maybe 10-20 inches or so? what ever is good. But don't rush out to take pics, it was just if you had them laying around.. it is a good alternative to stick-on carbon and so, if you have a worn surface.
