wallace9
Anyone know how long it should take for a full allignment to be done, including camber, caster alterations? I've just been to a garage who said it won't take more than 1 hour. Don't get me wrong I was pleased with that but when I asked Toyota they said it would take most of the day so I'm a bit worried that they won't do it properly. spaxy
it depends on the equipment mate,my system you can get full four wheel alignment readings live in about 15 mins, then its a case of adjusting rears first and then fronts, depending on whats out of spec and if any of the toe or camber adjusters are seized, but providing all ok an hour sounds spot on,thats what we charge at our place. carl0s
Siezed adjusters are the usual problem on a Supra I think. I soaked all of my suspension adjuster parts in some Wurth Rost Off Ice a day prior to the job.
