Those clever Chinese installed the red button to give you an alternative to 'accidentaly' pressing the 'overdrive off' button, whist flooring the loud pedal in front of a bunch of pretty boy Bosnians at the car wash, resulting in the rear wheels overtaking the front wheels and demolishing a six foot concrete post and fence with the rear offside quaterpanel. Perhaps the Japanese would have thought this out better.

PS I've explained to Kaz that Overdrive OFF is the fast mode. I think she's finally got it now.:)

Are you sure? You do know that O/D off does not make the supra go faster? All it does is it stops the Supra going into 4th gear or holds it in 3rd till you put overdrive back on, it's not fast mode. I think Kaz should explain to you what overdrive off is. :)
