SupraStar 3000
cool unfortunately my boss would be paying and coming along, so its strictly no fun or enjoyment for work people only.

If you are on about Air Tattoo then I shall be taking the family this year. Went 2 years ago when Tom was one and he really loved it, even at that early age (he's fascinated by helicopters). paul_y3k
Fairford is the best airshow. always go from swindon, and have even coined the phrase Fairford Face, for those that forget the suncream. took my mate from texas last year and he was giving it lots about the US display team, he saw the arrows and was just speechless would love to see the vulcan, but dont reckon it'll make it
Angarak
I remember seeing the Vulcan at an airshow when I was younger, it was by far the noisiest plane I've ever heard.
KaoriFan
I remember seeing the Vulcan at an airshow when I was younger, it was by far the noisiest plane I've ever heard. i remember that as well. used to go West Malling many moons ago. was the highlight of the day when the Vulcan flew past the crowd line, you would see it coming towards the line and no problem. Then it got level with you, and flew past, then every car alarm went off due to the Olympus engines
paul mac
it was by far the noisiest plane I've ever heard. i think the B1B Lancer could give it a run for its money, would be amazing to see a vulcan flying again, why are we so squeamish about letting old jets fly in this country if you want to see an english electric lightning fly you have to go to the states or south africa
Digsy
The guy who sits behind me at work is an active member of the "Vulcan to the Skies" team that raises funds to get the old bird in the air again. I thought that the first public flight would be leading the Queen's flypast at the 25th anniversary of the Falklands conflict?
