michael
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/bradford/6426777.stm Seems to be the theme of the day for the BBC: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/in_pictures/6427647.stm I reported one once, they fixed it within a few days, then within a few more it was back again... makes it all pointless. Ark
We've all bent wheels at one time or another on holes like that. I agree, the repairs are almost always crap, and don't bind properly so they just come up again.

How odd. I was thinking about doing exactly the same thing a while ago. He's obviously got bigger balls or more time than me. Top man

Havard
Top man!!! I can't stand all these tw@ts at the council who do nothing about the state of the roads. 3 years ago I thumped a massive hole that had appeared in Wigan. It bent the wheel of my Laguna. The tyre went down within about 500 yards but I somehow got home but when I returned the following day to take a photo, they had filled it in with tarmac. I sent in a claim for about £250.00 for a wheel and tyre plus fitting etc. The councils solicitor sent me a letter stating that according to their records, they had checked that road less than a year ago and therefore they were not responsible. WTF!! My company footed the bill and we never got our money back. Tw@ts!! H.
