jim_supra
blueprint?? sorry this might be a stupid question coming up! so please excuse, is that a make of water pump? or a reconditioned one? Blueprint is a manufacturer of car parts, so it will be a new pump! Generally blueprint is classed as good as oem (or so i've been told)

The guy who fitted it was amazed at the quality of the machining

JamesRZ
off topic but i think my water pump is on its way out is their any obvious signs that its going? I keep going slightly over temp and can hear a rattle at tick over?
jimsup
im having the same mate! it was leaking a few months ago, so i took it off and found it was leaking from the core plug! i took ti to work and made myself a core plug wich solved that problem but now its starting to leak slightly from the main housing! my temp dont rise but am getting a sort of faint tapping/grinding noise from the water pump! Soonto_HAS_soop
You made a core plug! They are like 60p or something, why bother making one? Seems a bit OTT.
