toyotasuprauk
Depends what you want etc but Fine s6500fd is good. Nikon D40 or Canon EOS 400d if you want to get a DSLR are excellentThe finepix F30 or F31 are really good too. You can get sample pics and reviews from them all at http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/forum.asp?forum=1034 go to the reviews section.
AshBhp
Canon PowerShot G7 Digital Camera is a very nice camera.
colsoop
I have a fuji finepix 5600 it takes really good photos using different exposures and iso settings but it can also do point and shoot shots in auto mode when you just want a simple shot. The fuji series are good cameras and you can buy different lenses as well when you get more adventurous. See attached for a picture i took with my Fuji:

Obviously first and foremost it's a camera but I want something that will do decent clips.

Henk
I can't send you movie clips right now as the only ones I have are of my God Daughter and they are NOT being transmitted publicly over the net. I'll take a few and send you a link no worries, gimme a couple of days (right now it dark and dingy outside which will not help)

I want something that's better than my shitty phone. I currently have a Nikon Coolpix 3100, the films are alright but it doesn't do sound and you can only have a 30 second clip. Basically I want something with sound, longer clip and half decent quality. I am going to buy a proper digital video camera in the future for doing my longer stuff.
