Why do they overtake?

 

The driver I used to work with said it's because they all sit at the top of their speed limits (56mph I believe) but some lorries pull differently i.e a Scania might be great up hill or an Iveco might be slightly quicker on the flat. It takes a lot more effort for them to accelerate and decellerate than cars so they basically try and stay at their top speed - but as said before that top speed is different from truck to truck and depending on load etc.

Also, never driven one or even been in one but I have a real dislike for Mitsubishi GTOs. Only because they look like they should be good but from what I've heard they're definitely not.

Oh and Audi TT's, another story for you... It was slippy on the road and an Audi was in front he booted it, i slightly put my foot down (nice slide from the rear wheels) kept up with him and was gaining on him with only one turbo being used, because I never went past him he was all smug and happy when he went up his slip road... why do we have to have sh*t weather up here!

Any car that is the property of a chaved up boom boy boy racer who thinks that by slapping on random mods makes there 1.1/1.4 compaiable to jap metal, thinking that the 42" sub they have cargo strapped to the boot will give them that little extra bhp to beat the old lady on her electric scooter aaaggghhhh i bloody hate em all.

I would have said Saxo but they're pretty good cars if kept normal.
