Fifty
It occurred to me that if I get a front wheel puncture I might be stuffed because will the std spare tyre go over UK brakes; is it the same spare on UK cars (probably) Try it is the obvious answer but Im too tired. Fifty
OK thought you would know Syed thx:) There are so many rocks lying on the roads round here its like driving in Afghanistan Fifty:D
loks
OK it fits over the UK brakes thats good but what if you have 18" rims (19or20") now and the spare is only the standard 17"? I guess a few laps around Brands Hatch would be out of the question then?
Syed Shah
Simple: Dont get 19s Seriously, it will be fine as long as the total radius is the same or similar to stock.
Branners
the sidewall on the spare is larger than the normal profile on uprated tyres so as Syed said it will be fine. Only problem you may have is with your nuts, the spare will be based on the stock toyota nuts, if you are using aftermarket wheels and wheel nuts (Volks etc) then it may have a problem. Fifty
I might have guessed my nuts would be a problem:p A very good point though! Fifty
