carl0s
I just bought the Nokia E70 that I want from eBay, so I intend to use my upgrade eligibility to get a phone that I'll sell straight on eBay. What in peoples opinions is the best phone to go for? Easiest to sell for ~£250 - £300 on eBay? thanks, Carl

I'm looking and it seems like it might be a Nokia N73 or Samsung D900 or Sony Ericsson w810i. Anything from Orange basically.
Rayman
Nokia N73 or Samsung D900 id say looking at the prices, id tend to go for the Nokia as i think there more popular but obviously up to you.

carl0s
Hold off a couple of months til the N95 is released. It will be the beast ! hmm. That just looks like a PDA to me, with a plain old low resolution screen. The E70 has the funky 352x461 high-res screen. Anyway, I need something that I can get and sell now to pay for the E70. The Scirocco, as Matt said, seems to be popular/expensive, although Orange are showing out of stock right now, I will enquire.
mathew
i googled it and like carlos said it looks like a pda. they had a pic of a guy holding it and it looked pretty big to me http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/news/item/4328_Nokia_N95-HSDPA_WiFi_5MP_Camer.php its more like a ''pay as you tow'' phone
Tom S
all phone info via http://www.gsmarena.com/ or direct to product http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_n95-1716.php It is a slide Front. and it is smaller and lighter than the N90 comparison info http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone2=1155&idPhone1=1716
carl0s
The N95 does indeed look quite good, but it's no good for myself, as it doesn't do push email w/an Exchange server, or 3G, and it has the average resolution screen. It might be worth considering for the purpose of selling though so I will keep an eye on it if Orange say they don't expect any stock of the Sirocco, or if they want me to pay an unreasonable amount of money for it. Thanks for your input guys, much appreciated. Looking forward to getting my e70 now, and I can finally have TomTom again and this time I won't be leaving the TomTom in the car any more
carl0s
Crikey. The N95 will do HSDPA! 3.6mb/sec downloads I wonder how that would work with a laptop though - Bluetooth 1.x can only manage 732kbit/sec, and I doubt my Thinkpad has Bluetooth 2.
