Scooter
Under braking my steering wheel and pedal judder - what is the issue ? if you have the smaller j-spec brakes it may be a seized sliding (now not sliding!) pin...........
Nic
It could be disks, but it could also be a knackered wheel bearing. Jack the car up and see if there is any side to side play on each of the wheels, if there is any movement then you'll need a new bearing. The nearside ones tend to go first, as the wheels on this side are prone to being curbed.
TRD3000GT
Either the HUB or the disk.. The bearing would make the wheel judder all the time. NOT just under breaking. By the way, your new here so try out the search at the top right hand side.. This has been asked MANY times

Nic
Similar symptom here, turned out to be the wheel bearing: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=81769
