My documentation, policy docs, certificate of insurance and agreed value form was sent out on the 1st September so no doubt it's another Royal Mail C**k up. Apologies to all those from Royal Mail on here nonetheless for this slander! Jae was apologetic and understood the temporary problem was at their end. Strongly advise that if you have any issues you contact Jae or Scott. Thanks again Jae and I hope to receive the duplicates this week.
