After many giggles from fellow members at meets I felt it was time to replace my Inadequacies with one more substantial in girth. So I bought the positive terminal from Toyota & a new wider bracket and popped up to my local battery supplier for fitment. 20 minutes later, I have a nice large UK spec size battery. Carl Posted October 1, 2006 Author Share Posted October 1, 2006 lol, too be honest it was starting to show signs of deterioration, not turning the engine over as quickly as it should. On testing it was looking a little low and may have failed during the winter months to come. Felt it best to sort it now before it fails. I have a couple of amps etc in the boot as well so the extra amperage will help....
