i'll be dropping the profile on my rears but was just wondering if rolling arches could be a DIY job? or damage the paint ect?

what does this actualy mean sorry for being think does it just mean a deeper wheel arch or is it wider?

basically where the rear wingforms the rear arch, you get a lip.

im running 295/35/19 tyres but they hit this lip, so to roll them means to bend the lip out of the way

Jon, im running 315 section tyres, i removed the lip prior to repainting the car and i have no problems. rolling it is one possibility, but can distort the outer paintwork, which would be bad!

the thought did cross my mind, and i guess if it was any other car the grinder would be all packed away by now, but wasn't too keen on the idea of chopping her up

but i guess i could, Rob how much did you take off? does it weaken the wing structure at all?
