Easy enough, took me a lot longer than it should though I've done a write up and took photo's, I'll post it up tonight. Had to use some masking tape around the threads of the temp sensor to seal it as I didn't think to go get some proper plumbers tape stuff. It worked, will that be ok or is it likely to start leaking again? I also used the rad cap from the fluidyne rad rather than the original, I presume it's ok? edit: and the Fluidyne rad might be slightly lighter than the stock one but there's actually very little in it if so.
