I bought a cheap CF coil pack cover from ebay - 1st one turned up mangled, 2nd one is okay(ish) but doesn't fit at the front as the CF is 'buckled' in. Kranz Posted September 19, 2006 Share Posted September 19, 2006 Dremel will do it with a ceramic edged cutting blade such as aluminium oxide. Will cut it nice & clean too. Not as expensive / exotic as it sounds, cheap cut off wheels are OK for the amount of work involved in your project. Rotational speed is what you need. There's a member on here who works with CF for a living. Can't remember his user name but he worked on the new world record holding fastest Diesel vehicle, powered by twin JCB engines.
