I've noticed a lot of threads recently that have very long subject lines.

I'm all for it, makes it easier to know wether you want to read it or not.

I always put as much in the subject as possible. Better for searching too.

Much better than "for sale", "Help!", "Can I do this?", "ooops", etc. etc.

If you put "Anyone in Shropshire that does wheel alignment?" is far better than simply putting "wheel alignment"

I think I once titled a thread so thoroughly that I had nothing left to put in the main part of the post.

Must admit - I've been there too.

I think that's ok though.

Anything to reduce the number of clicks per day and the onset of RSI in my finger.
