Pete
I've tried to record my own but I sound like a muppet. Does anyone know if there are any alarm sounds to download? It just needs to be a "Step away from the vehicle" type recording. Or even if there's a film with it in I can grab.. I was thinking about sticking a wolf whistle on but that's just asking for trouble.

Pete
How about this one Peter Kay? Funny! Got it as a wav you can mail me? [edit] never mind, found a download. pete, I have a clifford with perimeter detection, can I do this on mine? Don't have the cliffnet interface at the moment, is that all I need? I've got some extra gizmos wired into mine. I have a Clifford proximity sensor which does the normal beeping warning, but also a DEI 508D proximity sensor wired into a 516L Voice alarm module. It took some hunting and contacting manufacturers to get installer manuals for them...but I got 'em in the end

RedM
pete, I have a clifford with perimeter detection, can I do this on mine? Don't have the cliffnet interface at the moment, is that all I need? The Cliffnet software doesn't allow you to change the proximity settings. This was confirmed by Clifford themselves. They couldn't explain why so I asked them if it was to protect their dealers. The lady didn't reply.
