Ian C
Has the car gone sluggish to drive? If so I imagine it's just an intercooler hose popped off under boost. -Ian

wkdtime
J-spec my dear chap No black smoke with an intake leak. -Ian Ah that'd be the Map sensor rather than MAF, i was thinking of boost leak which does leed to black smoke.

Kranz
Check all the hose clamps are tight. A 1/4 drive socket is much better than a screwdriver, but be careful of overtightening as they break
