Polemarch
I'm having a heck of a time trying to remove the tired boot rubbers on my Supra. The bottom ones I understand are locked in with loctite and I can't get a screwdriver at them. Any ideas???? I have the four replacement rubbers all ready to fit. LeeT
cut the rubber out the way and either heat them up with a gas torch to melt the sealant or try and get some mole grips on the heads. Everyone struggles with these!

markssupra
More drastic method, drill out the screws very carefully so as not to damage the thread in the hole and then re-tap the holes 4 or 5mm tap I think. Thats what I had to do, oh and a few brown moments.

MKIVDreamer
I seem to remember someone having success heating the screws with a soldering iron to help melt the loctite.
uk-rich
or get some thin rubber sheet and bond it onto the top half on the tail gate

Polemarch
I bought them on eBay, a guy there sells them in singles or the set of four (which I bought).
