Cheers Guy's, will get some and start coating bit's!:D

Enjoy !! be warned that that you need to practice on a small simple shape first as I shagged up a couple of large bits of carbon before getting the results I have now, not a good move:)

looks really nice :)

slight hijack, how does this top duct actually collect cold air. Mine is missing and I was going to order one, but I can't see where it gets the air from, does it come up from the tiny gap infront of the top of the rad, where the overflow/expansion bottle is?

Yeah:) I guess that this gap is fed cold air via the big holes in the front bumper?

These parts are made with a single sheet of CF cloth, are they? How do you do the corners without joins or creases?

Yes Jake, one single piece of carbon cloth. Great stuff to work with once you get over the fraying problem when cutting, it actually pulls tight around curves and corners with the weave adapting to suit by bunching up in these places.

Hard to explain but get hold of a piece of carbon cloth and play around and you'll see, bloody weird stuff:d

As I said the intake I've done is one single piece with no cuts made into it to allow covering of curves, very easy to do. It's the resin that's the bitch!
