Paypal help!

Tossers they are!

Well I sold some wheels for Templewaters, the person who paid was then cancelled from Ebay, but his paypal cheque came through eventually.

Well anyway, I gave the wheels to Templewaters to post through his courier:

http://www.fastwaycouriers.co.uk

Unfortunately he took a little while to send them and the buyer put in a claim from paypal which went his way and he got his money back! Out of my paypal account!

The items were subsequently posted during the dispute and they were sucessfully delivered with a signature obtained, all of this can be checked on thier website.

Paypal are doing nothing for me, despite numerous emails, including some from them, which are asking for me to return my balance to a positive one, after the deduction!

I am a bit confused as to what I should do, one minute it seems like I am getting some progress then, bang! It stops again.

There customer service, when you ring directs you to contact them by email!

OFFS!!! :(

What do I do?

I'd do the same.If he's got his money back he should send it back to you,if he's a decent guy.

TBH imagine if you were in this situation and you got wheels and a refund to boot with no way of getting caught would you hand the money over? i think deep down people woudl have second thoughts about handing the money over i honestly think about 90% would take the money and run, i personally would hand the money over cause a deal is a deal end off

but for to lodge a dispute and get the money back there must have been some amount of delay for paypal to award the money, was there no email contact? cause could have got the e mail from ebay or paypal to advise him off the delay or was he just coming the c@nt and lodged a dispute anyway, if he did come the c@nt and paypal is not interested then there is nothing you can do apart from hire a lawyer and do a small claims proceding on him, i am sure you have kept all contact and all emails re the dispute, you must knwo a lawyer or put a plea on here for a lawyer to draft a letter and send it to the address you sent the wheels too with photocopies of all the evidence, also the police as it is theft at the end of the day
