Soonto_HAS_soop
Depends what you are willing to spend.... You could just get new pads, disks and fluids. Or someone could quite easily take £3-4k for a full set of bigger better brakes.
Scoboblio
If you've still got the smaller Jspec brakes then an upgrade to the UK setup is definately worth it if you can spare the cash. I went for this little lot; Granted my Jspec ones were fairly poor when I replaced them, but it really made a huuuuge difference, braking actually puts a smile on my face -Larger UK / facelift calipers and disks all round (supplied by Nic the import pimp) - Chris Wilson's fast road pads (superb at stopping you but quite a bit of brake dust) - Braided hoses and Motul fluid (again supplied by Chris Wilson)

Chris Wilson
I can supply pads for the J-Spec brakes that will survive track day usage, but figure on about 320 a car set, plus you need Castrol SRF brake fluid.
Scooter
Chris's race spec pads in, good working order, J-spec brakes will have more bite than a stock uk setup.........
