I'm pretty shocked they didn't actually condone his behavour of driving without insurance/tax/MOT - it's was all just a big laugh. Yeah, right-o. Got me thinking though, for people that do want to drive without the bills, all they'll do is buy cars and not register them. How is our new national camera system going to stop them then eh?
