I think it's crap, complete loss of power below 4000 (don't believe the people that say it's the same as an NA below 4k), and then at 4k both turbos come on to full boost and you loose traction in all the gears!

It's fake as well, because of the hike from no boost to full boost in a few hundred RPM it feels like you're kicking arse but in fact you're not going any quicker than you would be in sequential - except you've cut out the low end power!!!

Can't be good for tubby #1 either forcing it off then suddenly pumping 4k worth of exhaust through it!!!

Actually running TTC is much safer for the turbo's than in seq as there's no chance of the vsv's screwing up and sending gases the wrong way thorugh the turbines.

And I love it! Supraloopy, I would suggest that you try the 5 min TTC mod first before any wiring as at least this way you give it a trial run, and if you like it then you can think about adding a switch, if you like I can come to show you, I'm only in Hockley.

so tom showed me how to do the manual one..PIG if you thought your car was load now do the ttc. not sure if i like it yet and need to find out why i can't use the switch. no noticeable loss of power just a bit slow on the uptake but nothing to worrie about..i will give it a couple of days and switch back to whats what:clap:

:respekt: to tom for meeting me and showing me:clap:

I find it to be completely pants apart from for one thing. It makes the exhaust really loud in town and stuff whilst off the turbo's as all the gasses go through the wastegates instead of the turbo's up to about 3-4000 rpm. I find the power delivery on mine is minimally smoother and robs ya of all your low end ooomph.

but you have to try these things and as soon as i get the switch working i can choose wich i like best..each to there own as such:thumbs:

i used the ettc on my car before i went single. i liked it alot. if you dont like the noise and the loss of low down grunt then dont ever go single

Yeah, except there is a big return gain for going single - massive power above 3500rpm. You don't get that in parallel mode, you get, hmm, the same power as sequential.

Been through all this before with yer actual dyno graphs rather than the seat-of-the-pants-ometer:
