Pig
Tried doing a search. Need to know what to buy. Any one got any suggestions. I would rather something small and mounted possibly in the dash. Cheers

Pig
Not into cheap stuff are you! lol. Is that easy enough to mount? and is that the same one you have in your car?
Alex
I'd go for the DG211 which is a full kit for monitoring Boost and EGT's. They will either fit where the clock is or in an airvent depending on whether they are 52 or 60mm.
Pig
whats egt?
Guest Terry S
Exhaust gas temperature yeah thats ( EGT) preferable but not sure you will fancy having the probe fitted John. These gauges do two things at once. The stock water temp gauge is naff so makes sense. They are easy to fit, and peak hold which is an another important feature. Alex
Exhaust Gas Temperatures. These are key to knowing if you're engine is getting too hot. A way of warning you before you detonate and destroy your engine.

Yes I have 2 x SPA gauges but not the Boost gauge, thats done on the boost controller.

Guest Terry S
DG211 as Alex said, but fitting the EGT probe is a job.
Alex
If you're worried about the stock IC then the EGT+Boost DG211 is for you. You can get an oil/water temp one later. I have a place in Norwich that will fit the probe for the EGT gauge into you exhaust.
